Well we went camping and baby stayed put and now we are back and it is time for his eviction notice! As I type this I am actually 37 +2 days. My posting are slowing down cause I get so tired that if I have any free time I just want to nap! I have been super sleepy! So while we were camping baby dropped majorly but he is so big that his feet and butt try and play around with my rib and sternum. The sternum kicking and pushing hurts that most! My mucous plug came out and I started having more regular braxton hicks. They run around 10 mins apart. Some are crampy and tight and some I dont notice til it is at its highest point. I timed a few and they seem to last about a minute and a half. They are still tolerable however I swear they are keeping me awake at night. When you are laying down on your side and you have them it almost feels like your neck is tightening and you need to "up chuck" something then it loosens back up. Hate that feeling, makes it hard to get comfortable.
We were pretty active camping so I think that helped me dilate to 2cm and help him drop which is what I found out yesterday at the doctors appointment. Since I have a history of rather large babies she went ahead and did a sweep of my membranes. I went on a 30 min walk after that and bounced on my ball. I have been taking EPO since 36 weeks orally but will start the third dose down below to help my cervix prepare for delivery. I dont think I will be making it to 40 weeks but heck I could be wrong too! If I do make it these next three weeks are not going to be so fun! I have felt kind of icky and run down, almost like I have the flu. I also feel that when things are harder than they suppose to be like errands, appointments, the kids, I kind of feel like crying!
I registered today for the hospital and I am having the carpets cleaned so I am all ready to go and just waiting! So will keep walking and take EPO and bouncing on my ball! Hoping baby comes this week or weekend!
Random Bump Pics: 36 & 37 weeks
Car bump..36.5 weeks.
Seriously looks like I have a ball under my shirt!
Yes I am camping and bouncing on my ball to help baby move down into the pelvis!
Can't go camping in 100 degree weather without your own personal misting hose! It was a life saver plus the kiddie pool we had to put at our site when we weren't at the water park or lake!
Yes I was sportin' a bikini cause I really wanted my tummy and back tanned to match the rest of my body!
Background is Lake Chelan. I love this pic cause I think we look so cute! :)
Random bump shot in the trailer...
These are our Chelan souveniers (sp?) The boys are team green and the girls are team pink. The kids got their names on their sleeve. I just love little Tate's hoodie :)
These are the backs of the hoodies and tshirts...
I will eventually put us all in these when the weather isn't so hot and before Tate grows out of his and take our picture. Can't believe we will soon be a family of five!
