I know my weekly bump pictures aren't showing much just yet and this week I think it is just showing the 7 pounds I gained over the weekend! Ugh! I did get out and work out today and I am not eating poop food again til this gets under control! It was SOOOO hard to workout. Running is hard just because I get winded pretty easily so lately I have resorted to the elliptical and cycling along with weights and the personal trainers workout. The energy and motivation was lacking today but I knew I needed to do something physical today! I told Colin he needs to get rid of all the stuff I bought Friday!
My inlaws found out over the weekend along with the rest of that side of the family. It was fun they all opened their Christmas cards and some got it right away where others were a bit slower but everyone was excited and surprised. Onward and upward to another week! Lets hope I get to post that I got rid of some of those pounds next week cause gaining 7 pounds in one weekend is not normal pregnancy it is just over eating craziness! Not baby weight gain that is for sure!

Personal Training and Christmas Cards!
Kind of excited got to work with a personal trainer today! She is setting me up with some pretty rad workouts to workout my core as I progress in my pregnancy. Today we did a full 45 minute workout that worked mostly my core and I also ran a mile. This will be great to keep me in shape as the pregnancy moves along and I am also hoping it keeps me from having as much trouble as I did with Hunter ie bedrest, high blood pressure, swelling etc. So just know if you are pregnant you CAN still work out and pretty much the first trimester you can work out as if you weren't pregnant as long as you listen to your body cause every day is different from the day before as far as energy goes.
AND I also received our christmas cards which I am super excited about because this is how we are revealing the pregnancy! So I am planning when they get sent out so the wrong people don't find out first. Need to still let the in laws know! So for now this is all still a secret! Can't wait pretty much everyone that gave me an address will know by Sunday or Monday.

Well we have some news! (3 Weeks)
AND the journey begins.... 3 Weeks! Kind of crazy and it only took two months of not really trying and well we are expecting baby #3! I am only four weeks and the reason I even thought of taking a test was that I came down with strep but also while having that I was nauseated and would throw up and feel fine til I woke back up each time. I threw up three times! I was fine after I had to get a pencillian shot at Urgent Care cause of the strep so thought hmm maybe it was just the "illness" but I had three tests at home so I decided I would just see and never did I expect it to actually say positive and it was a VERY positive indeed! As I blog this now no one actually knows because we are doing a special reveal on Christmas to the new grandparents and Kylee wont know til we do family Christma pics on December 2nd so she will be having to keep it quiet til Christmas as well! (I will make all my posts "live" once the news is out so some of you might have to do some catch up reading if you wish)
We are excited for sure and one thing I was wondering was would I be able to keep exercising?? I just lost 25lbs and I dont eat anything processed or with added unnatural sugars which are good obviously for the baby but working out with weights? Kickboxing? Cylcing? What are my limits? So I have decided to meet with a personal trainer and find out how I can keep progressing on my strength training as my pregnancy progresses so this is kind of exciting and fun to learn!
So I will be blogging about all that and how that it going in hopes to help others that are pregnant. With this being my third I am excited to see how this pregnancy differs from the two others, especially since when I was pregnant with Hunter it was pretty rough. I am hoping that coming into this already working out and eating healthier that my body will be more able to tolerate pregnancy woes! Since I am getting my personal trainer certification knowing some of this will be great as well!
I hope you join me on this journey! I will be blogging rather than using facebook because I can then turn my blog into a book!
